When we were editing the footage we used the software final cut pro. This was a good software to edit the video on, however, it was difficult to use at the start as I had never used the software before. This meant that you needed to be patient when editing the video as it was difficult to get the clips where and how you wanted them.
I would for the next time edit the clips so that there were quicker cuts between the different clips, this is because in some places the clips were a lot longer than in others. I also feel that with the stop motion of the pictures that were taken at the sweet shop could have been made to be a bit more jaunty or even adding an effect over the top to add a different feel to it.
When we were editing the footage we made sure that we were lining it up and that all of the lip syncing was timed well with the music. In the actual music video industry this would happen as they would need to make sure that the lip syncing was accurate to make it look as natural as possible and as though the artist is actually singing the song in the video with all of the things that they're doing going on around them.
